Law Enforcement Challenge Weeks and Family Weeks usually sell out quickly. It is best to schedule for the following summer. 

Beef sales are scheduled by April 1st of every year. The butchered meat is delivered the first or third week of June. All beef is grass fed and grain finished. We use Sweet Feed for 60 days. This gives the meat an amazing taste you will never forget.
